  • NEW W-9 FORM for Area E:  Click HERE
    • Download, print and submit this new W-9 Form with your Area E check request.  Area E now has a new bank account and new EIN number and is a completely separate entity from both Area G Marching Contest and Music Region 14.  Checks must now be processed separately with a Vendor Number that is independent of those organizations.  (NOTE:  This new Area E W-9 and EIN began in 2021, so some school districts will already have it in place.)
